litter
Litter, Litter everywhere
Pick it up - it's not fair!
Find a bin to put it in,
Being messy is a sin.

Water, water, everywhere!
Do not waste it, if you care.
Without water, plants won't grow.
Where would all the fishes go?
Dripping tap
Recyle bins

Waste, waste, everywhere.
Try recycling, the bins are there!
Green for cardboard, blue for glass.
So start recycling in the the class!

Pollution, pollution, everywhere!
The worste pollution is in the air.
From the factories and chimney stack.
You breathe it in - and that's a fact!
Factory pollution

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

During our recent House Teams Day –‘Reduce, Reuse and Recycle’ the Eco Council led the assembly based around the theme of the ‘3 Rs’. We told the school about all of the things the Eco Council do and things that we plan to introduce, including Walk to School Wednesdays! We also told the story ‘Litterbug Doug’.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

During the afternoon of the House Teams Day, The Eco Council, along with Mr Sharp and Mrs Fallick, carried out a litter survey of the village. We found the areas with the most and least litter and will be sharing our results with Chichester County Council. We were very tired after a long afternoon!
